Lenovo закончила год с убытками

Четвертый по величине производитель персональных компьютеров в мире Lenovo зафиксировал убытки в размере $264 млн в IV квартале финансового года, завершившегося в марте.

Это уже второй квартал кряду, который компания закончила в убытках. В III квартале финансового года (октябрь – декабрь 2008 г.) убытки Lenovo составили $96,7 млн.

Выручка компании, согласно подсчетам Reuters, в период с января по март 2009 г. сократилась до $2,8 млрд против $3,6 млрд, полученных кварталом ранее.

Потери Lenovo за отчетный период обусловлены ростом расходов на реструктуризацию и низким спросом на персональные компьютеры.

По итогам завершившегося финансового года чистые убытки вендора составили $226,4 млн. Согласно прогнозам аналитиков, убытки должны были составить $149 млн.
