<br />Тайваньская компания Compal Electronics по итогам апреля 2009 г. заняла первое место среди контрактных производителей ноутбуков, поставив 2,7 млн мобильных компьютеров. Для сравнения, занимавшая ранее первое место Quanta Computer изготовила 2,3 млн систем. Компания Wistron поставила 1,9 млн мобильных компьютеров, сообщает DigiTimes. <br /><br />Подняться на первую строчку компании Compal помогли заказы от ее клиентов в Северной Америке, а также рост заказов на изготовление нетбуков. Поставки Quanta сократились, в том числе, из-за отсутствия некоторых компонентов, включая контроллеры клавиатур. Кроме того, сократились объемы заказов от компании Apple. <br /><br />Выручка Compal в апреле 2009 г. по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года выросла на 44%, однако по сравнению с мартом 2009 г. сократилась на 1,5% до $1,3 млрд. Выручка Quanta составила $1,7 млрд, что на 25% меньше по сравнению с прошлым годом и на 13% меньше по сравнению с мартом. <br />
