Чип на 40% меньше тех, которые изготавливаются с использованием 55-нм технологии. Он включает 826 млн транзисторов и 640 вычислительных ядер. Тактовая частота процессора составляет 750 МГц. <br /><br />Видеокарта оснащена 512 МБ памяти со 128-битным интерфейсом GDDR5, работающей на частоте 800 МГц. Пропускная способность памяти составляет около 51 ГБ в секунду. Карта поддерживает DirectX 10.1, включая Shader Model 4.1, OpenGL 3.0, DirectX Video Acceleration 2.0 и преобразование разрешения, технологии ATI CrossFireX и PowerPlay, имеет встроенный контроллер HD Audio с поддержкой форматов многоканального звука. <br /><br />Карта обеспечивает одновременное подключение до двух мониторов, на каждый из которых может выводиться различная картинка со своим собственным разрешением.
