<div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2009-04/1240863649_toshiba_logo.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Toshiba с опережением освоит 32-нм техпроцесс' title='Toshiba с опережением освоит 32-нм техпроцесс' /></div><br />Японская компания Toshiba объявила о намерении приступить к коммерческим поставкам чипов NAND-памяти, изготовленных на базе 32-нм техпроцесса, на два месяца раньше запланированного срока, сообщает DigiTimes. <br /><br />В июле 2009 г. начнутся коммерческие поставки 32-гигабитных (4 ГБ) чипов и одновременно с этим производитель приступит к поставкам тестовых образцов 16-гигабитных (2 ГБ) чипов. Ранее Toshiba планировала приступить к массовым поставкам 32-нм чипов памяти двумя месяцами позже. <br /><br />Сначала чипы емкостью 4 ГБ появятся в USB-накопителях и картах памяти, затем появятся в SSD-накопителях и других устройствах. Память будет выпускаться а заводе в Йоккаичи, Япония. <br /><br />Поставки тестовых образцов чипов NAND-памяти емкостью 4 ГБ, изготовленных на базе 32-нм технологии, начались с сегодняшнего дня, 27 апреля 2009 г.
