Компанию InFocus купили за 39 млн долларов

Компания Image Holdings Corporation(IHC) собирается приобрести InFocus за в $39 млн., то есть $0.95 за акцию. Поглощение завершиться во втором квартале этого года, и тогда InFocus станет полноценной дочерней структурой компании IHC.
