<div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2009-04/1239605560_blu-ray-logo.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Sharp и Pioneer будут производить Blu-ray устройства совместно' title='Sharp и Pioneer будут производить Blu-ray устройства совместно' /></div><br />Японские корпорации Sharp и Pioneer объявили о создании совместного предприятия, объединившего производство устройств для оптических дисков обеих компаний. <br /><br />Главная цель нового бизнеса - занять лидирующие позиции на растущем рынке устройств, способных проигрывать диски формата Blu-ray. <br /><br />Спрос на эти приспособления начал расти в прошлом году, когда корпорация Toshiba отказалась от своего формата HD DVD, что заставило индустрию развлечений полностью отдаться в руки конкурирующего формата, разработанного консорциумом BDA. <br /><br />И Sharp, и Pioneer сильно пострадали из-за мирового экономического кризиса, который обрушил спрос на плоские телевизоры и прочую электротехнику. Сильная иена также нивелировала прибыль от зарубежных операций. Сейчас обе компании занимаются реструктуризацией расходов. На днях "Шарп" ухудшил свой прогноз на только что завершившийся финансовый год, который стал самым плохим в истории компании, а "Пионер" месяц назад заявил об уходе с рынка плазменных телевизоров. <br /><br />Новое совместное предприятие, как считают аналитики, больше нужно компании Pioneer, которая находится на грани банкротства, в чем корпорация Sharp (крупнейший акционер Pioneer, владеющий 14% акций) не заинтересована. Что касается самой Sharp, то у нее имеются другие резервы. В частности, она рассчитывает получить выгоду от роста спроса на ЖК-телевизоры в Китае. <br /><br />Совместное производство должно заработать в октябре. Предприятие будет разрабатывать, производить и продавать приводы оптических дисков, рекордеры и проигрыватели. <br />
