<div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2009-03/1237796245_logo-main.gif" style="border: none;" alt='Планы «ВОЛИ» на ближайшую перспективу: HDTV и DOCSIS 3.0' title='Планы «ВОЛИ» на ближайшую перспективу: HDTV и DOCSIS 3.0' /></div><br />Основные планы украинской компании ВОЛЯ на ближайший год - это запуск телевидения высокой четкости (HDTV) в коммерческую эксплуатацию и начало перехода на стандарт DOCSIS 3.0 услуги высокоскоростного доступа в Интернет "Воля Бродбенд".<br />Об этом была заявлено руководством компании на заседании пресс-клуба 19 марта.<br /><br />Так, компания ВОЛЯ уже успешно протестировала формат HDTV и в настоящее время ведет переговоры с правообладателями контента и с поставщиками ТВ-тюнеров, которые поддерживают и этот стандарт. Сегодня в Киеве компания технически полностью готова к запуску, и последний этап - это окончание переговоров с правообладателями и созданием пакета программ, который был бы привлекателен для абонентов и по контенту, и по цене.<br /><br />Руководители компании заявили, что HD каналы, которые имеют право трансляции на территории Украины, к сожалению, весьма немногочисленны, и, как следствие, размер лицензионных отчислений, запрашиваемый правообладателями, слишком высок для рынка Украины (в среднем пока стоимость лицензионных платежей колеблется от 0,5 до 1,5 Евро с абонента за один канал). Потому во многом процесс запуска зависит от гибкости правообладателей. Сейчас тестируются ТВ-тюнера от нескольких производителей. В том числе, HD ресиверы с жестким диском. Планируется предоставлять абонентам выбор: покупка или же возможность взять в пользование такие ТВ тюнеры. <br />На заседании пресс-клуба также было заявлено, что с марта 2009 года начался постепенный ввод в эксплуатацию нового оборудования и продолжился активный переход на 10гигабитную опорную сеть. Кроме того, Компания ВОЛЯ с марта 2009 года получила и начала установку новых CMTS (головные станции кабельных модемов), сертифицированных Cablelabs на полное соответствие спецификациям DOCSIS 3.0. Начало установки оборудования данного класса означает старт проекта по переходу на стандарт нового поколения – DOCSIS 3.0, который позволит в ближайшей перспективе -1-2 года увеличить скорость для конечного пользователя в прямом канале до 150 Мбит/с.
