Первоначально, запуск планировался на первый квартал 2009 года. <br /><br />Основной причиной называется задержка в поставке необходимого оборудования для контрольного центра. Новые сроки пока не указываются, но сообщается, что запуск состоится ''как можно быстрее''. Планируется, что каналы будут доступны как в кабельных сетях, так и на спутниковых платформах.<br />
