Корпорация Toshiba представила четыре новых портативных компьютера, вошедших в линейку Satellite Pro S300.

Анонсированные ноутбуки позиционируются в качестве решений бизнес-класса. Младшая модель — Satellite Pro S300-EZ1511 — оснащается процессором Intel Pentium T3400 с тактовой частотой 2,16 ГГц, 1 Гб оперативной памяти и винчестером на 120 Гб со скоростью вращения шпинделя 5 400 оборотов в минуту. Видеоподсистема построена на основе графического контроллера Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M. В такой конфигурации ноутбук обойдется покупателям в $530.

Модификация портативного компьютера с обозначением Satellite Pro S300-EZ1512 несет "на борту" видеоадаптер Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD. Прочие технические особенности лэптопа ценой в $580 аналогичны характеристикам младшей версии.

В ноутбуке Satellite Pro S300-EZ1513 используется чип Intel Core 2 Duo T6400, работающий на частоте 2,0 ГГц. Объем оперативной памяти равен 1 Гб, емкость винчестера — 160 Гб. Эта модель обойдется в $650.

Наконец, старший из представленных компьютеров — Satellite Pro S300-EZ1514 — оборудован процессором Core 2 Duo T6400, 2 Гб ОЗУ, жестким диском на 160 Гб и веб-камерой. Стоимость лэптопа — $700.

Все ноутбуки линейки Satellite Pro S300 оснащаются 15,4-дюймовым дисплеем, оптическим приводом и контроллером беспроводной связи Wi-Fi.
