Южнокорейские ученые впервые продемонстрировали гибкие и прозрачные электроды, созданные на основе графена, создав таким образом основу для будущих гибких электронных устройств, сообщает «РИА Новости». <br /><br />Графен – наноматериал, состоящий из единичного слоя атомов углерода, соединенных между собой химическими связями; обладает высокой электропроводностью, прочностью и гибкостью. Из-за толщины в несколько нанометров он практически прозрачен для видимого света, а потому является очень перспективным для применения в микроэлектронных устройствах. <br /><br />Однако до сих пор развитие микроэлектроники на основе графена сдерживалось сложностью его создания. Графен получали отслаиванием от кристаллов графита – наиболее распространенного углеродного материала. Эти листы имели размер лишь несколько микрон и были пригодны только для единичных лабораторных экспериментов. Авторам исследования, группе ученых под руководством Пён Хи Хона (Byung Hee Hong) из корейского университета близ Сеула, впервые удалось получить листы графена существенно большего размера (в несколько сантиметров) с помощью модифицированной методики химического осаждения углерода из газовой фазы.
