<div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2008-12/1230201830_lg-logo.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='LG представит энергосберегающий ЖК-дисплей' title='LG представит энергосберегающий ЖК-дисплей' /></div><br />Очередное достижение разработчиков из корейской компании LG Display: анонсирована новая 14,1-дюймовая ЖК-матрица для ноутбуков, подсветка которой при работе в условиях достаточного освещения осуществляется с помощью солнечного света взамен традиционных ламп подсветки. <br /><br />Автоматическую регулировку уровня подсветки экрана в зависимости от интенсивности внешнего освещения можно назвать широко известной технологией, принятой на "вооружение" рядом производителей ноутбуков. Однако инженеры LG Display пошли дальше: разработанная ими технология автоматического переключения подсветки - Backlight Data Signal Switching Technology, подразумевает использование двух режимов, переключающих дисплей между "рефлективным" режимом работы в отражённом свете при достаточно яркой освещённости (например, в солнечный день) и "трансмиссивным" режимом (на пропускание света) при низкой освещённости (в помещении или ночью). <br /><br />Нажатием единственной кнопки пользователь может самостоятельно выбрать режим работы дисплея, наиболее комфортный для каждой конкретной ситуации. Дисплей также готов "подсказать" время переключения на рефлективный режим в случае снижения контрастности до уровня 9:1. <br /><br />Новый энергоэффективный ЖК-экран LG Display впервые будет представлен компанией в рамках грядущей выставки Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2009 в Лас-Вегасе. <br />
