К примеру, процессор E5400, работающий на частоте 2,7 ГГц с FSB 800 Мгц и кэш-памятью 2 Мбайт обойдётся покупателям в $ 84. Более простая модель Pentium E5300, которая отличается от E5400 меньшей тактовой частотой (2,6 ГГц) будет стоить $74. Предыдущая стоимость этого CPU составляла $86. И, наконец, последний «камень», пострадавший от изменения цен, это Pentium E5200: тактовая частота 2,5 ГГц, FSB 800 Мгц, кэш-память 2 Мбайт. <br /><br />Данный процессор, как правило, обладает весьма недурственным разгонным потенциалом и на нём часто останавливают свой выбор экономные оверклокеры. Стоимость E5200 снизилась до отметки $64 c $84. Вполне может быть, что такая ценовая политика Intel будет на руку пользователям, которые хотят собрать недорогой, но достаточно производительный ПК. <br />
