Значение sSpec (строка из пяти символов, напечатанная на процессоре и позволяющая однозначно идентифицировать изделие в каталоге Intel), у нее равно SLBCJ. Тактовая частота составляет 3,20 ГГц, множитель, связывающий частоты шины и ядра — 24. Объем кэш-памяти третьего уровня равен 8 МБ, а ее частота — 3,2 ГГц. Значение TDP равно 130 Вт, диапазон допустимых напряжений питания лежит в пределах 0,85-1,3625 В.<br /><br />Модель Intel Core i7 I7-940 (SLBCK) рассчитана на тактовую частоту 2,93 ГГц. Значение множителя у нее равно 22. Объем кэш-памяти третьего уровня равен 8 МБ, а ее частота — 2,93 ГГц. Значения TDP и границы диапазона допустимых напряжений питания полностью совпадают с параметрами предыдущей модели.<br /><br />Замыкает тройку модель Intel Core i7 I7-920 (SLBCH), работающая на тактовой частоте 2,66 ГГц. Множитель, задающий отношение между частотой шины и частотой ядра, равен 20. Как и двух других процессоров, объем кэш-памяти третьего уровня у этой модели равен 8 МБ. Частота, на которой работает кэш-память третьего уровня, составляет 2,66 ГГц. По уровню TDP модель I7-920 не отличается от двух других, в вот границы диапазона допустимых напряжений питания у нее иные — 0,8-1,375 В.<br /><br />Все три процессора имеют по четыре ядра, выпускаются по нормам 45 нм, имеют степпинг C0 и упакованы в корпуса типа LGA1366. Они поддерживает технологии Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology, Hyper-Threading Technology, Intel EM64T, Intel Virtualization Technology, Enhanced Halt State (C1E), Execute Disable Bit и Intel Thermal Monitor 2.
