Samsung обгоняет Philips в деле создания самого тонкого ЖК-экрана.

Недавно представители Samsung показали прототип 40-дюймового ЖК-экрана, чья толщина составляет всего 7,9 мм. Это меньше, у чем 32-дюймового прототипа от Phillips с толщиной 8 мм, который был показан на выставке IFA в Берлине в августе.

Кроме того, у Samsung есть еще один прототип: 52-дюймовый ЖК-экран толщиной 9,9 милиметров. Напомним, что аналогичные параметры имеет самый тонкий ЖК-телевизор от Sony (модель ZX1), который также является самым тонким ЖК-телевизором, анонсированным в качестве продукта (начало продаж - 10 ноября).
