Разумеется, пока широкого распространения подобные элементы не получили, однако разработчики не намерены сдаваться, и постепенно наращивают ассортимент электроники, за обеспечение питания которой отвечают солнечные батареи. Рабочее устройство подключалось к массиву фотоячеек, расположенных на полу.<br /><br />К сожалению, производитель не указывает какая часть потребляемой системой энергии приходится именно на «солнечную» энергию. А значит, не совсем ясно насколько эффективным оказывает переход на использование экологически чистой энергии – скорее всего, на данном этапе развития солнечных батарей, их использование неприемлемо с точки зрения стоимости установки и выгоды от ее применения. Пока не говорится и о планах Sharp в отношении показанного прототипа, а значит, ожидать скорого начала коммерческого использования солнечных батарей для питания телевизионных систем не стоит. <br />
