Оба продукта созданы на базе технологий, используемых в HD 4800 Series, и поддерживают DirectX 10.1. <br /><br />Энергопотребление карт в режиме полной загрузки составляет не более 20 Вт. Как и другие продукты 4000-й серии, новые видеокарты поддерживают воспроизведение видео высокой четкости, технологии Avivo HD и Unified Video Decoder 2.0. В платах использованы процессоры RV710 с 80 модулями потоковых вычислений и 64-битной шиной видеопамяти. Чипы изготовлены на 55-нм технологии и содержат по 242 млн. транзисторов. Тактовая частота ядер составляет 600 МГц. В HD 4550 установлено 512 МБ памяти DDR3 на шине 1600 МГц, в 4350 – 256 МБ DDR2 на шине 1000 МГц. <br /><br />Рекомендуемая розничная стоимость ATI Radeon HD 4550 составляет $59, HD 4350 - $39. Начало продаж состоится в октябре. <br />
