По данным южнокорейских СМИ, в качестве советника по сделке Samsung выбрал JPMorgan. "Мы рассматриваем различные варианты, но пока никаких решений не принято", — сообщает пресс-секретарь Samsung Джеймс Чанг. Сумма сделки оценивается в $3 млрд. В своих чипах памяти SanDisk использует одно- и многоуровневые ячейки NAND, изготовляемые на совместных с Toshiba двух предприятиях в Японии. <br /><br />Южнокорейская Samsung является крупнейшим в мире производителем микросхем памяти DRAM и NAND.
