MTVNHD начнет свое вещание в Бельгии, Дании, Финляндии, Норвегии, Польше и Швеции. Планируется, что к концу 2008 года канал распространится на территорию Франции, Германии, Голландии, Португалии, Испании, Великобритании, Аргентины, Бразилии, Чили, Колумбии, Мексики и Венесуэлы. Ожидается, что канал будет включать в себя контент, производимый в Южной Европе, Великобритании и Латинской Америке.
