Этой особенностью будут отличаться все модели линейки ScenticView Premium Line Eco. В настоящий момент она включает две модели — P20W-5 ECO с длиной диагонали экрана 20 дюймов и 22-дюймовую модель P22W-5 ECO. <br /><br />Современные мониторы в режиме ожидания все-таки потребляют до нескольких ватт мощности. Суть предложенной технологии заключается в полном отключении дисплея в случае, если компьютер не задействован. Как только пользователь прикасается к клавиатуре или мышке, по кабелю с компьютера подается сигнал, и монитор «оживает». Функция работает как с ЖК-, так и с кинескопными мониторами. Кроме того, новые мониторы включают фирменную технологию DisplayView AutoBright, которая автоматически изменяет яркость панели в соответствии с условиями освещения. По данным производителя, эта технология позволяет сократить энергопотребление еще на треть. <br /><br />В соответствии с расчетами компании, используя такой монитор, среднестатистическая европейская компания, мониторы которой находятся в режиме ожидания по 16 часов в сутки, сможет сэкономить до $11,4 в год с каждого монитора. «В последнее время мы неоднократно слышали о продуктах, которые помогают защитить окружающую среду, но эти заявления не имели доказательств. Сегодня, выпуская новую линейку мониторов, мы говорим о продуктах, действительно экологичных и сохраняющих природу лучше, чем любые другие на рынке, — как в обычном режиме, так и в режиме ожидания», — сообщается в официальном обращении Fujitsu Siemens.
