Blu-ray: новый уровень защиты от копирования Немецкий производитель разработал новую систему, созданную для увеличения защиты от копирования Blu-ray дисков.

Система, названная “X-PROTECT” , предназначена для работы как с HDMV так и BD-J дисками и будет регулярно обновляться, улучшая защиту от видеопиратства. По прогнозам, защита должна работать безупречно через ситему AACS.

Компания рассчитывает на то, что Х-PROTECT может быть оперативно внедрена в технологический процесс разработки и тиражирования дисков. Материал, из которого будут изготавливаться диски, остается прежним, соответствует всем экологическим нормам и не требует сторонней сертификации.

Важным для покупателей (которые обычно не знают или не интересуются способами защиты от копирования) является тот факт, что все диски полностью совместимы со всеми существующими плеерами Blu-ray, включая игровую консоль PS3 и приводы BD-ROM.
