Самые большие дисплеи в мире, способные отображать разрешение высокой четкости, будут построены в Далласе, штат Техас. Дисплеи будут установлены на стадионе Dallas Cowboys, завершение строительства которого запланировано на 2009 г., сообщает dallasnews.com. <br /><br />Всего на стадионе будет стоять два таких дисплея. Длина каждого из них составит 48 м, высота – 21 м. Площадь поверхности дисплея будет равна 1008 кв. м – для того чтобы собрать дисплей подобных размеров из обыкновенных телевизоров с диагональю 63 дюйма, таких телевизоров потребовалось бы 750 штук. Стоимость проекта составляет $35 млн. Такая же сумма ушла на полное строительство целого стадиона в 1971 г. Производителем дисплеев является Mitsubishi Electric. <br />
