Компания Sharp анонсировала R серию LCD телевизоров, которая будет представлена моделями 46’’, 52’’ и 65’’ и появится в продаже в Японии в июле 2008 года.

Все три модели поддерживают разрешение 1,920×1,080, технологию 120 Hz, уровень контрастности 3300:1 (самый высокий на данный момент), 450кд/м2 яркости, угол обзора 176 градусов, возможность интернет подключения, аналоговый и цифровой ТВ тюнеры, 3 х HDMI, EPG.

К сожалению, пока неизвестно, когда эти новинки пойдут на Запад.
