Ученые из корпорации NEC разработали новую технологию преобразования низкого разрешения в более высокое, при котором качество картинки не ухудшается.<br /><br />Новая технология под условным названием "технология суперразрешения" (super-resolution technology) анализирует такие параметры исходного изображения, как четкость и размытость, и использует полученные данные для формирования пикселей конечного изображения. Данную технологию планируется использовать на мобильных приемниках цифрового телевидения распространенного в Японии стандарта 1seg для пятикратного увеличения разрешения с 320 x 240 до 800 x 480 пикселей без видимой потери качества. Используя "технологию суперразрешения" в телевизионной и киноиндустрии, можно выполнять и вовсе 6-кратное увеличение разрешения с 720 x 480 пикселей (DVD) до 1920 x 1080 пикселей (Full HD), отмечает компания.<br /><br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2008-05/1210911918_nec_enlargement.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Upscale-эволюция' title='Upscale-эволюция' /></div><br /><br />По данным NEC, новая технология станет доступна в 2009 г.
