В этом году компания Pioneer готовит к выпуску модели, которые составят конкуренцию плазменным панелям от Panasonic. Линейка панелей Kuro, созданных для Европы, дает представление о том, какие плазменные решения представит компания в 2008 году.

Pioneer намерена выпустить ЖК-дисплеи размером до 50”, плазменные панели диагональю 50-60“, а также проекторы D-ILA (3 chip), выводящем изображение на всю стену.

Разнообразие размеров конечно же впечатляет, также нужно отметить, что ЖК-дисплеи и плазменные панели отличаются и по размеру, и по качеству изображения. Любопытно, какие именно панели от Pioneer составят конкуренцию LCD от компании Sharp.

Похоже, большинство компаний будут в дальнейшем использовать разрешение 1920х 180. А что еще более важно, плазмы нынешнего поколения отображают черный цвет в 5 раз лучше плазм предыдущего поколения. Кроме того, Pioneer намерен выпустить уже в апреле проектор KRF-9000FD, в июне - плазменные панели PDP-LX5090 и PDP-LX6090, ЖК-дисплеи KRL-32V и KRL-37V в августе. О выходе модели LCD KRL-46V пока не известно.
