Компания Samsung продемонстрировала на выставке Cebit 2008 прототип 31'' будущего.<br /><br /> Технология OLED (электролюминесцентные дисплеи на органических светоизлучающих диодах) дает ряд преимуществ перед LCD телевизорами, а именно более высокий уровень контрастности, лучший угол обзора, минимальное потребление энергии и более тонкий размер. <br />К сожалению, телевизоры на базе технологии OLED пока еще очень дорогие. <br /><br />Например, 11'' Sony XEL-1 стоит $2500, а это получается около $222 за дюйм. <br /><br />Samsung  пока не сообщила никаких спецификаций и даты поступления подобной модели в продажу, тем не менее, ходят слухи, что OLED телевизор должен появиться в следующем году. <br />Уровень контрастности составит 100,000:1, время отклика 0.1 мс, а продолжительность работы дисплея будет равняться 35,000 часам.         <br />
