В сотрудничестве с BBC выполнялась передача с приемом на телевизор Samsung SUHD. Новая технология позволяет производить передачу контента UHD в стандартном формате.<br /><br />Чтобы принимать такие телепрограммы нужен UHD телевизор с поддержкой технологии HDR, соотвествующий спецификации DVB UHD Phase 1.<br />Тестирование телевещания с HDR проводилось SES в Люксембурге с 6 по 7 мая в рамках SES Industry Days. <br />Демонстрация стала важной вехой в развитии Ultra HD телевещания при использовании существующих  вещательных сетей DVB.
