LG, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung и Sony подтвердили, что они начнут использовать европейский логотип Ultra HD  и поддерживать его минимальные требования.<br /><br />"Мы рады, что так много известных производителей приняли наш стандарт UHD",- сказал Джон Хиггинс, генеральный директор DIGITALEUROPE. Стоит отметить, что преемник MPEG4 - формат сжатия HEVC не входит в требования. <br />Другой логотип будет использоваться в США, он имеет два класса и один из них включает в себя декодирование HEVC. Без встроенного HEVC вам понадобится отдельный плеер для воспроизведения 4K контента.<br /><br /><b>Минимальные системные требования для телевизоров с поддержкой Ultra HD:</b> <br />- Разрешение: Минимум 3840x2160 пикселей при соотношением сторон 16:9 <br />- Цветопередача: Минимум 8 бит для разрядности цвета и цветовая гамма Rec.709 <br />- Видеообработка: Обработка видео в разрешении 4K при кадровой частоте до 60 Гц <br />- Вход: минимум один HDMI 2.0 с HDCP 2.2 <br />- Звук: Минимум PCM стерео
