Сибирские ученые первыми в России создали принтер для печати светодиодных органических OLED матриц, которые являются главной составляющей экранов современных гаджетов. Об этом ТАСС сообщил директор НИИ светодиодных технологий Томского госуниверситета систем управления и радиоэлектроники (ТУСУР) Василий Туев.<br /><br />"В настоящее время мы получили полноценные матрицы. Сейчас наша задача найти предприятие, которое взялось бы внедрить эту разработку в производство. Ни в России, ни за рубежом нет пока промышленной технологии такого производства - органической 2D печати светодиодов", - рассказал Туев.<br /><br />Он пояснил, что подобные устройства - главная составляющая экранов для смартфонов, планшетов и других устройств. В настоящее время они производятся в нескольких странах мира с использованием стандартной технологии термовакуумного напыления. В России нет ни одного производства матриц на органических светоизлучающих полупроводниках (OLED).<br /><br />Томские ученые предложили печатать тонкие пленки, составляющие светодиод, полимерными чернилами на 2D принтере, что позволит делать экраны дешевле без потери качества.<br /><br />По его словам, теперь ученым необходимо разработать сверхточное оборудование и "чернила" с особым составом, которые можно использовать в массовом производстве.<br /><br />В разработке участвовали ученые ТУСУРа, Института высокомолекулярных соединений РАН (Санкт-Петербург), Сибирского физико-технического института Томского госуниверситета, НИИ полупроводниковых приборов (Томск) и "САН Инновации" (Новосибирск). Заказчиком проекта выступил Минпромторг РФ.
