Panasonic выпускает новые телевизоры с использованием ЖК панелей типа VA, с увеличенной на 40% яркостью. Этот телевизор получил награду на выставке CES 2015 в категории экономичных продуктов, благодаря сниженному на 40% энергопотреблению, по сравнению с UHD телевизорами 2014 года.<br /><br />Серия CX650 состоит из моделей TC-65CX650U, TC-60CX650U и TC-55CX650 U, с голосовым помощником и с частотой обновления 240/200 Гц. <br />В серии CX800 представлены три модели (TC-65CX800U / TC-60CX800U / TC-55CX800U), используется подсветка с локальным затемнением с технологией Black Gradation Drive для снижения уровней черного цвета, с новым сенсорным пультом, включающим микрофон для удаленного голосового управления. Лучшая серия CX850 включает модели TC-65CX850U и TC-55CX850U с технологиями Local Dimming Pro, Studio Master Drive (Super Chroma Drive + Black Gradation Drive), Dynamic Range Remaster и с поддержкой 4К видео из сети. Обе модели получили сертификаты THX 4K и Control4.<br /><br />В течение годаPanasonic планирует  расширить новую линейку несколькими новинками с поддержкой расширенного динамического диапазона (HDR), с плоскими и с изогнутыми экранами. А также осенью появится OLED телевизор с изогнутым 65-дюймовым экраном. Он, вероятно, будет показан на выставке IFA 2015.
