Компания Epson объявляет о поставке 100-миллионной HTPS TFT панели для проекционных 3LCD систем. В общей сложности за всю историю существования компании было создано более 33,3 млн. 3LCD проекторов.

Компания Epson начала разработку HTPS панелей, главных компонентов для проекторов на основе технологии Epson 3LCD, в 1980-х годах и представила первый 3LCD проектор в 1989 году. С тех пор поставки HTPS панелей Epson стабильно росли вместе с проекционным рынком. К 2008 году было поставлено 50 миллионов панелей, а сегодня — 25 лет спустя после запуска технологии — достигнута планка в 100 миллионов.

Области применения 3LCD проекторов включают презентации в офисах, домашние кинотеатры, образовательные проекты, коммерческие инсталляции и многое другое. Следуя за потребностями различных сегментов рынка, компания Epson выпускает все новые модели проекторов на основе технологии 3LCD и на протяжении 13 лет подряд сохраняет лидирующую позицию среди мировых поставщиков проекционного оборудования. Epson намерена и далее расширять линейку 3LCD проекторов, создавая новые устройства, которые дарят пользователям яркие изображения с насыщенными цветами и не вызывают усталости глаз.
