В первых видеогарнитурах для PlayStation Sony использовала ЖК дисплеи, а теперь планирует перейти на OLED. Окончательный версия продукта, судя по сообщениям, будет использовать сверхбыстрый OLED дисплей с разрешением 2560x1440 пикселей.<br /><br />Это разрешение выше, чем у популярного сегодня аналога Oculus Rift, в котором используется дисплей OLED с разрешением 1920x1080 пикселей. Но Oculus заявляет, что окончательный вариант также будет включать более высокое разрешение, которое необходимо, чтобы избежать видимых пикселей, так как дисплей находится очень близко к глазам зрителя. <br /><br />Sony не объявила точные сроки завершения проекта Морфей, но он не будет выпущен в этом году.
