Новая БИС (большая интегральная схема) получила фирменную маркировку Snapdragon 805, кроме прочих достоинств она имеет встроенный кодек HEVC. Новая БИС Qalcomm ожидается на рынке в конце лета, она позволит портативным устройствам декодировать Ultra HD при приеме через Wi-Fi цифрового потока данных со скоростью до 300 Мбит/c.<br /><br />В дополнение к  Ultra HD дисплею планшет имеет 3 ГБ оперативной памяти, 10 ГБ для хранения файлов, работает под управлением Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
