Такую перспективу рисует новое стратегическое исследование аналитической компании Futuresource Consulting.<br /><br />Это хорошая новость для всех производителей телевизоров, но в первую очередь для тех, кто выпускает 4K модели, которым предрекают в будущем рост популярности. Чему в немалой степени способствуют сегодня Sony и Samsung, уже имеющие преимущество над другими производителями.<br /><br />Futuresource считает, что на долю 4K телевизоров придется лишь пять процентов в течение 2014 года, но в последующем они могут захватить до 42 процентов к концу 2018 года. Массовое распространение фильмов и других видеоматериалов сверхвысокого разрешения будут способствовать еще большему росту популярности телевизоров сверхвысокого разрешения, – считает Futuresource.<br /><br />Сегодняшним лидерам Sony и Samsung и далее предрекаются на лавры в этой новой нише на телевизионном рынке. В настоящее время Sony лидирует по поставкам Ultra HD телевизоров на мировой рынок, если не брать в учет Китай. Но отставший на старте Samsung, как говорят, быстро догоняет японского электронного гиганта и опережает в отдельных регионах. <br /><br />Крупнейшим рынком для 4K телевизоров сегодня является Китай со своими доступными, выполненными с дизайном в мажорных тонах Ultra HD телевизорами. В Китае сегодня продается 84 процента 4К телевизоров от общего объема мирового производства. Тем не менее, Futuresource предупреждает, что в Китае рынок 4K в ближайшее время будет сокращаться, что может стимулировать китайские компании к расширению экспансии на западные рынки.<br /><br />Если судить по этим прогнозам, мы можем ожидать наплыва UHD телевизоров в продаже уже с этого года. И, если прогнозы окажутся реальностью и массовый покупатель захочет смотреть видео на экранах сверхвысокого разрешения, у других известных на ТВ рынке производителей не будет иного выбора, кроме как успеть отрезать свой кусок пирога при  дележке рынка. Что приведет к еще более агрессивному маркетинга, снижению стоимости телевизоров, а также к появление большего количества фильмов в разрешении 4K.
