Устройства на основе операционной системы iOS могут подключаться к порту USB на передней панели. Новыми ресиверами Pioneer можно управлять с помощью приложения для смартфонов и планшетов.<br /><br />Pioneer VSX-824-K является 5.2-канальной моделью с номинальной мощность звука 80 Вт на канал (20 Гц-20кГц, стерео, коэффициент гармоник до 0,08%, нагрузка 8 Ом). Остальные ресиверы с выходной мощностью от 80 Вт до 90 Вт на канал поддерживают 7.2-канальную акустику.<br /><br />Пока нет сведений о начале  продаж в Европе ресиверов Pioneer VSX-824-K, VSX-1024-K и VSX-1124-K, Elite VSX-44 и VSX-80, но в ближайшее время они должны появиться на североамериканском рынке по цене от $399 до $699.
