Компания считает, что "особую прелесть изображению придает вогнутая форма экрана". Серия EC9800 будет включать в себя HDMI 2.0 и декодирование HEVC.<br /><br />В составе Ultra HD серии EC9800 есть также 55-дюймовый - 55EC9700 и 65-дюймовый - 65EC9700 OLED телевизоры. Прототип 77-дюймовой модели компания демонстрируется на CES 2014 и, по свидетельству очевидцев из cnet.com, он имеет некоторые необъяснимые проблемы с качеством изображения. Однако, предполагается, что все недостатки будут устранены в  окончательной версии телевизора. Предполагается что серия EC9800 начнет продаваться в США с июня 2014 года, но цены пока не объявлены.
