Возглавлять этот раздел экспозиции корейской компании будет 77-дюймовая модель 77EC9800. Этот громадный OLED телевизор наряду с новыми 55- и 65-дюймовой моделями будет поддерживать разрешение Ultra HD, 3840 х 2160 пикселей, что в 4 раза больше, чем у имеющихся сегодня OLED телевизоров LG. Как и текущие 55-дюймовые OLED телевизоры 55EA9800, трио новых OLED моделей будет иметь изогнутые экраны и использовать запатентованную технологию OLED WRGB компании LG.<br /><br />Согласно пресс-релизу, каждый из новых Ultra HD телевизоров поддерживает интерфейс HDMI 2.0 с возможностью декодирования форматов H.264 и H.265 (HEVC) с кадровой частотой 30 или 60 Гц.<br /><br />В пресс-релизе раскрывается еще одна важная деталь для 77-дюймовой модели, цветовая температура   для каждого пикселя изображения на экране автоматически контролируется специальной функцией. Телевизор также использует алгоритм High Dynamic Range для достижения наивысшего уровня контрастности. Поляризационная 3D технология на экране со сверх высоким разрешением позволяет добиться 3D изображения в Full HD разрешении, используя пассивные 3D очки.
