Японская компания подала встречный иск против своего бывшего голландского  партнера, после того как Philips запросил от Funai компенсацию за ущерб, понесенный от срыва сделки между голландской и японской компаниями. <br /><br />Ранее сообщалось, что еще 29 января 2013 года  Philips и Funai подписали соглашение о передаче Funai от Philips аудио бизнеса и производства аксессуаров для видео и мультимедиа. В октябре компания Philips заявила, что Funai не выполняет принятые обязательства по завершению сделки и  в этой связи Philips подала иск в Международный арбитражный суд. <br /><br />Теперь Funai Electric  подала встречный иск против Philips. Компания Funai утверждает, что Philips не смог своевременно завершить выделение из своей структуры подразделения "Lifestyle Entertainment Business". И, кроме того, предназначенный для продажи Funai бизнес Philips,  отличается от того, что предлагалось ранее, а рентабельность бизнеса при этом заметно сокращается. Японская компания добавила, что переговоры о завершении сделки, между тем, продолжались, но Philips "внезапно и в одностороннем порядке" прервал переговоры и подал иск в Международный арбитражный суд.
