Представленная аккумуляторная батарея имела размер 50 х 40 мм и толщину 1,6 мм. Ее емкость составляет 300 мАч.<br /><br />"Свойства гибкого аккумулятора не ухудшаются даже после 10000 изгибаний при радиусе кривизны 40 мм", - говорится в сообщении компании. Для реализации гибких аккумуляторов SEL усовершенствовала материал электролита и метод ламинирования.<br /><br />Эти разработки Semiconductor Energy Laboratory были отмечены специальной наградой по результатам выставки FPD International 2013.
