Этот дисплей предназначен для использования в планшетах и позволяет воспроизводить достоверное динамичное изображение высокой четкости.<br /><br />Система управления отдельными пикселями выполнена на основе низкотемпературной поликремниевой технологии (LTPS), что позволяет не только повысить разрешение и четкость изображения, но также снизить энергопотребление и размеры, что особенно необходимо для мобильных устройств, таких как планшеты.<br /><br />Поверхностная яркость составляет 500 кд / кв. м, а потребляемая мощность (при 500 кд / кв. м) – 3600 мВт, 360 мВ без подсветки.<br /><br />Новый дисплейный модуль Japan Display показывала в октябре на выставке FPD International 2013 в Иокогаме, Япония.
