В выключенном состоянии такие дисплеи выглядят как обычное зеркало. А суть концепции в том, что дисплей визуально оказывается частью зеркала, не имея собственной рамки.<br /><br />Что практически наиболее наглядно можно представить в случае автомобильного зеркала заднего вида с встроенным монитором, на котором отображается картинка с видеокамер заднего или переднего вида, гарантируя широкие углы обзора.<br /><br />Конечно, подобные автомобильные конструкции уже не диковинка. Но у Sharp ЖК дисплей будет на основе имеющей множество достоинств технологии IGZO и, кроме того, компания очевидно собирается предложить какой-то новый тип домашнего телевизионного устройства под концепцией Frameless.
