Он может быть использован в качестве медицинского дисплей для рентгеновских томографов. <br /><br />Sony LMD-3251MT идет на смену продаваемому сегодня 24-дюймовому медицинскому монитору Sony. Несмотря на повышенный размер экрана новый монитор обладает пониженным на 25 % энергопотреблением.  В этом ЖК мониторе с Full HD разрешением использована боковая система LED подсветки и поляризационный принцип получения 3D эффекта.<br /><br />Компания будет продавать 32-дюймовый жидкокристаллический   медицинский 3D монитор Sony LMD-3251MT с 1 августа 2013 года по рекомендованной розничной цене около 13147 долларов США.
