JDI запустила недавно на своем заводе в японском городе Mobara одну из крупнейших линий 6-го поколения для производства ЖК панелей малого и среднего размеров, с использованием технологии низкотемпературного кремния (LTPS). Линия выполнена и использованием самого современного оборудования, которое позволит выпускать высококачественные дисплеи для мобильных устройств.<br /><br />Уже сейчас JDI способна предложить для мощных смартфонов 5-дюймовые Full HD (1920 х 1080 пикселей) дисплеи с очень высокой плотностью пикселей (более 400ppi ). Кроме того, как ожидается, планшетные ПК будут переводиться на повышенное разрешение дисплеев.<br />Новая производственная линия JDI позволит выпускать в месяц до 24000 заготовок панелей размером 1500 х 1850 мм. В последующем планируется  увеличение выпуска до 50000 пластин.<br /><br />Новая линия JDI на основе технологии LTPS позволит достигнуть сверхвысокого разрешения и производить наиболее перспективные типы современных  дисплеев.<br />
