По-прежнему будут использоваться красный, зеленый и синий (RGB) субпиксели. Данное сообщение интересно в первую очередь в связи с тем, что ранее появлялись сообщения о намерениях Samsung адаптировать под собственные нужды более простую и эффективную OLED технологию LG с четырьмя цветными фильтрами и белыми OLED источниками (WRGB).<br /><br />По сообщениям лиц, осведомленных о состоянии OLED производства Samsung, компании недавно удалось повысить до 60% выход с конвейера годных OLED панелей. Компания Samsung Display планирует запустить новую технологическую линию восьмого поколения, с которой будут выходить заготовки размером 2200 &#215; 2500 мм для последующей нарезки OLED панелей. Сейчас производство ведется на опытной линии. Запуск новой линии планируется на 1 июля и уже с началом ее работы ожидается 70 % выход годных для использования OLED панелей.
