Tоshiba принимает в штат 40 сотрудников научно-исследовательского центра американской компании, которые будут трудиться на прежнем месте на новую компанию.<br /><br />С этой покупкой Toshiba намерена укрепить свои позиции на рынке LED источников и ЖК LED панелей.  Следует отметить, что Toshiba нацелена на завоевание 10% мирового LED рынка в период до марта 2017 года.
