После прошедших недавно консультаций под эгидой правительственных органов Кореи, казалось, что компании решили разрешить спор во внесудебном порядке. Компания Samsung публично отказалась от претензий, были даже предположения о заключении кросс-лицензионного соглашения по OLED технологиям обоих производителей.<br /><br />Однако, сегодня, по сообщению корейского источника Yonhap news, компания LG Electronics вновь выдвинула обвинение против компаний Samsung Electronics и Samsung Display в незаконном использовании своих патентов и потребовала компенсации за использование патентованных технологий, добавив, что готова обсуждать вопрос компенсаций.<br />
