По сообщению Korea Times, Samsung Display направила письмо в Центральный районный суд Сеула с уведомлением об отзыве иска против LG Display.<br /><br />Судебная тяжба началась в 2011 году, когда Samsung заявила, что 11 бывших сотрудников компании сообщили LG сведения об OLED технологии Samsung. После этого, от LG последовали иски с обвинением в несанкционированном использовании Samsung ряда технологий, запатентованных LG.<br /><br />Компании согласились урегулировать споры во внесудебном порядке по инициативе южнокорейского Министерства инновационной экономики. <br /><br />LG приветствовала решение Samsung.
