Массив из 3840 x 2160 пиксел управляется тонкопленочными (TFT) оксидными транзисторами с использованием технологии Super Top Emission.<br /><br />Пока нет никаких заявлений о предполагаемой стоимости и сроках появления таких телевизоров Sony в продаже. Sony первой в мире разработала 11-дюймовые OLED телевизоры, выпуск которых был приостановлен из-за слабого спроса, обусловленного, отчасти, их высокой стоимостью.
