Модель оснащена одноядерным процессором Apple A5 с поддержкой 512 МБ оперативной памяти, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n и Ethernet 100 Мбит/с. Есть стандартный разъем HDMI и оптический аудиовыход. Габаритные размеры 98 x 98 x 23 мм, вес - 270 г. В комплект входит пульт дистанционного управления.<br /><br />Первая модель Apple TV была выпущена в 2007 г. и использовала жесткий диск для хранения данных.
