Однако и в Европе не все так просто. <br /><br />На этой неделе суд немецкого города Мангейма отказал в иске против LG Electronics, поданном американской компанией United Video Properties, которая добивалась запрета продаж телевизоров LG на территории Германии из-за якобы имеющихся нарушений патентных прав United Video Properties со стороны LG. <br />Патент касался реализации в телевизорах электронного гида телепередач, который у United Video Properties «более дружественный и эффективный», чем у конкурентов. <br /><br />Суд счел этот патент спорным и слишком расплывчатым. LG и другие производители в этой связи поднимают перед Патентным судом Германии вопрос ничтожности подобных акций.  <br />
