NEC повышает разрешение приборов ночного видения


Компания NEC разработала для приборов ночного видения новый датчик, шаг пикселя у которого равен 12 микрон, что позволило получить разрешение 640 х 484 пиксел, а также значительно снизить размеры датчика, который уменьшился в десять раз в сравнении с ныне производимыми.

Это достижение получено на основе новой технологии компании и позволяет также значительно снижать размеры объективов для камер ночного наблюдения. Новые датчики, в сравнении с прежними датчиками у которых шаг пикселя равнялся 23,5 микрон, позволяют уменьшить размер объектива на 75%.

NEC разрабатывает светочувствительные инфракрасные материалы совместно японским национальным института перспективных исследований и промышленных технологий.

Сейчас NEC работает над новой системой для считывания и оцифровки получаемого с датчика изображения. Компания предполагает большую востребованность новых датчиков для ИК камер нового поколения со значительно сниженными размерами и повышенным разрешением.
